Innocent victims of the war on some drugs

This makes me want to vomit. Heroin smugglers use puppies to bring in drugs. Don't read this if you're squeamish. All I can say is if they legalized it, thus eliminating the black market, this wouldn't have happened. And if they put addicts in treatment centers instead of jails, they could probably put a dent in the demand as well. As long as we treat drugs as a criminal instead of a health issue, the death toll will continue to rise.

These are ruthless people. Who knows what they'll try next. Maybe babies? Trying to catch all the drug lords is like trying to catch all the terrorists in the world. For every one you get, two spring up in his place. It's time to stop declaring war and start to make peace with drugs.
