This little rant by Ms Grainne Kenny (President of Europe Against Drugs, EURAD) is amusing. She is appalled that ENCOD wants to legalize coca COCOA! Don't tell Nestle or Godiva. We want to keep getting our drug deliveries on Valentine's Day. When you come to think of it, her argument is as nonsenical as it would be if she actually realized she's so ill-informed that she's railing about chocolate.
