Drug War Chronicle

Editor Phil Smith is in Buenos Aires at a harm reduction conference and posts a preliminary report. The Chronicle also manages to get a bunch of news briefs together.

Among them, A British conservative party candidate urges the UN to legalize drugs.

A heartening move in Kansas to reroute drug cases to municipal court in order that they don't fall under the heartless HEA Act.

And under the heading, living long enough to see the karmic kickback - some 40 arrest cases brought in through that scumbag snitch Mark Craven have been dropped by the prosecution.
