The debate continues among the prohibitionists as to whether the super-coca plant really exists. We discussed this here before and I think this theory is probably right, the plant just naturally mutated in response to the repeated bombing with herbicides but as usual, the Bush administration denies it even exists. Can't blame them I suppose, it really makes their assertions that they're winning against cocaine producers look silly.
