Yet, another surprise I have never seen rainbow carrots. But... I could reach in and grab some and cook them with butter. I figure the veggies balance the butter. I
have never seen them in the North. Looks good to me!!!! Interesting blogs, my friend.
I think this is new anon. I don't recall ever seeing them at the farmers market when I lived there. But they do look great and yes, definitely butter.
