My friend Ericka posted this to the Facebook. If you've ever lived in New England you know what a day that looks like this feels like. Low humidity, brilliant sky and life never feels better. All you want to do is sit outside and watch the clouds roll by.
This is at some kind of restaurant in Brugge, Belgium. Can't imagine sitting at the table facing that big pup. Talk about begging for scraps... [George Marinelli photo]
Two of my favorite things, hummingbirds and colombine flowers. If you click the link, this photographer specializes in catching birds in flight. [Roy Hancliff photo]
My friend Alex Johnson took this photo while he's on vacation Mytoi Gardens on Martha's Vineyard. Not sure what flower this is, but definitely want it in my dream garden.
I've been here in real life but this sand sculpture wasn't there at Playa del Carmen in Mexico. That was almost 20 years but I still remember it fondly. I'm overdue to go back for another visit. [photo via]
No idea where this was taken, but it reminds me of Middle Earth in The Hobbit. Anyway, I've had moments that felt just like this in the woods of New England. [photo via]
Bristol, Tennessee may be a great place to live but I've driven through there a couple of times in my life and as I recall, it's a horrible place to drive on the highway. Lot of bad drivers on that stretch of road. [Andrew Hunt photo]
I used to do a lot of work with crystals. Don't really do that anymore but this Papagoite Quartz makes me want to start doing it again. [photo via]
Yet another reason I miss my old town. Rainbow carrots at the Tuesday Farmers Market behind Thornes in lovely downtown Noho. [Sky Sutton photo]
This was taken during a thunderstorm from the airport in Northampton by my friend Sky Sutton. Brings back some great memories. Back in the day, I spent pretty much every weekend for three summers running hanging around the old drop zone there, looking at this view.
No idea where this was taken. It's a photo that showed up in my stream with no information but it looks like a very peaceful place. I would love to find it. [photo via]
How cute is this? No idea on the scale but I would love one in my garden. [photo via]
I've never even heard of this place before. Definitely going on the bucket list. Fly Geyser in Nevada. [photo via]
Love these macro photos. Ocean sand magnified. [photo via]
