Possibly the most awesome thing on the internet ever, at least so far.
It took a total of seven hours of setup and five tries, but at around 11 p.m. Friday, May 31, The Seattle Public Library set the world’s record for the longest book domino chain using a record-breaking total of 2,131 books. The previous record was a 1,000-book domino chain set in 2011. [Via Paul Constant by way of Anne Laurie.]

My weekly trek through this blog site. Actually, I think its been more than a week. This book chain is unreal . Love the kids they can make an idea happen. I might have the idea but would say you can forget that (LOL). I don't think I would have thought about doing that am used to dominoes, getting that action...anyway it was great. Will watch it a few more times Im sure.
Hey anon. Thought you had given up on me. I would not have thought of using books either, but what a cool idea. Especially love the people in the middle of the construction myself. Really nice touch.
