Just waiting on the rain

Something else I wish I could just hop in a plane and see. This beautiful installation of umbrellas was recently spotted in Águeda, Portugal.

More great photos at the link. No one knows who put it there or why, but I would love to make a carport like this. I wonder what happens if a big wind comes up though. Do they all blow inside out?
